Worked on a C++14 video rendering engine (OpenGL, FFmpeg, OpenCV) that automatically converts landscape video into portrait (9:16) format with AI-driven cropping. Designed a hybrid motion stabilizer combining scene-cut detection, gap filling for lost face detections, and bidirectional smoothing to remove crop jitter without phase lag.

Embedded Systems Engineering Intern

Designed and built an interactive embedded system in C++ on the RP2040, splitting MPU-6050 motion sensing and WS2812B LED control across both cores to keep sensing and LED timing independent. Solved signal degradation on long LED cable runs by designing an opto-isolated receiver PCB in KiCad; delivered a tested, documented prototype.
